Our remote control thermostat systems are perfect for a vacation home. Once installed, a simple phone call to your vacation home activates your thermostat so that when you arrive, it is at the perfect temperature.
When leaving, a simple press of a button places the thermostat back in economy mode. If you forget to reset the thermostat, a simple phone call and you can set the thermostat to vacation mode from a remote location.
	Add peace of mind during the winter by using one of our easy to install freeze alarm systems. These easy to use systems monitor the temperature in your 2nd home while you are away. If the temperature falls below a preset temperature, the alarm can call out to your home, cell phone, neighbor or caretaker to alert you about a potential problem.
